Bleeding into the rivers of the twilight world, Hrima is rooted in spiritual existentialism and the poetic mysticism of nature. It explores the trial of man, the nameless longing for transcendence and his loss of words when he experiences the divine will. Musically, “Hrima” is Black Metal and arcane instrumental music, woven into a massive work spanning over 2x CDs. The musical climaxes and atmospheric depths are inspired by the foreboding emotional stirrings when observing celestial phenomena, which in certain moments can almost indicate a sense of revelation.
